Art. 23 Sin impedimentos para desempeñar el cargo de Jurado en determinado juicio: 1°. Ser procesado, acusador ú ofendido por el delito que se trata de calificar, ó pariente de alguna de estas personas dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad 4 segundo de afinidad: 2°. Ser ascendiente descendiente ó hermano de otro que haya sido sorteado para ejercer el cargo de jurado en el mismo juicio; y 3°. Ser amigo íntimo ó enemigo capital del acusado ó del acusador.
