Entrega de los auxilios y créditos . Los auxilios y créditos se entregarán a las entidades o personas beneficiarias, previa la elaboración de un contrato que preparará la Oficina Jurídica del Ministerio. Sin embargo, cuando así lo determine el reglamento que al efecto expida el Ministro de Agricultura, podrá otorgarse el auxilio mediante resolución motivada.
