° Dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la presentación de la solicitud, el Director del ICFES someterá a consideración de la Junta Directiva el estudio respectivo. La Junta Directiva emitirá su concepto al Ministro de Educación Nacional para su decisión final.
