000) para auxiliar las industrias de derivados del banano, que se funden en la Zona Bananera del Magdalena.

Parágrafo 1

El Gobierno señalará por medio de decretos las condiciones que deben llenar las fábricas que se funden, e indicará el mínimum de producción que deben obtener.

Parágrafo 2

Asimismo, el Gobierno decidirá si los aportes o auxilios de que trata este artículo , los entregará a una sola empresa que reúna las condiciones previamente señaladas, o si los distribuye entre varias, teniendo en cuenta , en todo caso, que el primordial objeto de esta Ley es fomentar el más rápido y efectivo establecimiento de una nueva fuente de riqueza nacional.
