Art. 1º Desde la fecha del presente Decreto queda derogado el marcado con el número 786, de fecha 20 de Mayo último, "por el cual se reorganiza transitoriamente el Jurado de Aduanas" (Diario Oficial número 11,298). En consecuencia, quedan sin vigor las disposiciones de los artículos 345 á 350 del Código Fiscal y las de la Ley 24 de 1886, sobre Jurado de Aduanas.
