º Si en los registros de algún Municipio figuraren deudores del impuesto sobre la renta que no fueron vecinos, la oficina recaudadora lo informará inmediatamente al Administrador o Recaudador de Hacienda Nacional del Municipio de la vecindad de esos deudores, a fin de que allí se tengan datos completos que puedan servir de base para entender o negar los avisos de que habla el artículo anterior.
