Naturaleza especial y regulación de la relación entre los asociados y la cooperativa. Las relaciones entre la Cooperativa y Precooperativa de Trabajo Asociado y sus asociados, por ser de naturaleza cooperativa y solidaria, estarán reguladas por la legislación cooperativa, los estatutos, el Acuerdo Cooperativo y el Régimen de Trabajo Asociado y de Compensaciones.
