Posesión del Presidente. Instaladas las sesiones del Congreso, el Presidente de la Junta Preparatoria jurará ante sus miembros de la siguiente manera:

Invocando la protección de Dios, juro ante esta

Corporación sostener y defender la Constitución

y leyes de la República, y desempeñar fielmente

deberes del cargo.
