En los casos previstos en los numerales uno (1) a cinco. (5) del artículo 41 de este Decreto, la disolución de la empresa se producirá y surtirá efectos, con respecto a los socios y a terceros, a partir de la fecha que determine la asamblea general o de la formalización de la fusión o incorporación.
