Incompatibilidades. Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en el Instituto y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en él, sino después de un año de producido su retiro.
