El Notario que llegue a encontrarse en circunstancia de retiro forzoso deberá manifestarla al funcionario que lo haya designado, tan pronto como ella ocurra. El retiro se producirá a solicitud del interesado, del Ministerio Público, o de la Vigilancia Notarial, o de oficio, dentro del mes siguiente a la ocurrencia de la causal.
