Artículo catorce . Aun vencido el término para presentar reclamaciones si el Superintendente encontrare en los libros y comprobantes de la entidad intervenida acreencias debidamente justificadas que no han sido reclamadas, constituirá una provisión para atender el pago de las mismas, siempre que ya hubiere cubierto las acreencias reconocidas en la graduación de créditos y que hubiere efectuado la provisión a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
