- USOS DEL SUELO POR ENTIDADES OFICIALES. Las entidades del sector oficial encargadas de la prestación de servicios públicos se someterán estrictamente, en la programación de sus inversiones y en la fijación de tarifas, a los planes integrales de desarrollo y en especial a los criterios de utilización del suelo señalados en los mismos (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 64).
