Quedan derogados los artículos 2, 5, 6 y 10 del Decreto 2898 de 1953; el Decreto 2047 de 1969; y los artículos 26 y 54-1 del Decreto 1698 de 1964, 4 del Decreto 550 de 1970, 1 y 45 del Decreto 521 de 1971 y 1 del Decreto 523 del mismo año; y derogadas o modificadas las demás disposiciones contrarias a la presente Ley.
