Los Jefes de las oficinas habilitadas para el servicio de giros son directamente responsables de los fondos confiados a ellos, y al efecto asegurarán su manejo en el mismo documento de fianza, en el cual garanticen su corrección como servidores del ramo de Correos, pues en tales documentos deben quedar comprendidas todas las obligaciones que haya de cumplir como empleados postales.
