Los Comités de Programa serán integrados por la Dirección General con representantes de cada una de las áreas de trabajo científicas, tecnológicas y complementarias que tengan participación en los programas a cargo del respectivo Comité.

Parágrafo

Estos Comités estarán integrados por un mínimo de siete (7) y por un máximo de trece (13) miembros.
