Transitorio. Plazo para la adopción de formularios. Las Superintendencias Bancaria y de Salud, de acuerdo con sus respectivas competencias o conjuntamente, según sea el caso, deberán informar a las entidades administradoras todo cambio que deba ser incluido en los formularios, con una antelación no menor a tres meses a la fecha en que deban adoptarse las modificaciones.
