Si el Superintendente o cualquiera de los funcionarios indicados violare la reserva comercial o hiciere uso indebido de cualquier información obtenida en el desempeño de su cargo, será inmediatamente destituido y el respectivo superior pondrá la denuncia del caso ante la autoridad competente, a fin de que se apliquen los artículos 173, 279, 306 y demás pertinentes del Código Penal.
