Cuando por resolucion definitiva se ordene la devolucion de multas Impuestas y que no han sido confirmadas, tal devolucion se hará con los fondos de la misma caja a la cual ingreso el valor de la multa. Este Artículo es aplicable a los casos de la multa confirmadas y cuyo valor no hayan sido devueltos cuando esta Ley entre a regir.
