Art. 3º Los negocios contenciosos en que ya hayan sido citadas las partes para sentencia y se hayan presentado los respectivos alegatos, pueden ser fallados por los Tribunales o Jueces respectivos. Pero si se tratare de dictar un fallo apelable o contra el cual exista cualquier otro recurso, no podrá interponerse éste sino con el acuerdo de las partes; de lo contrario quedará suspendido el término para interponer la apelación.
