°. Naturaleza del Fondo para el Desarrollo Integral del Distrito Especial de Buenaventura (Fonbuenaventura). El Fondo para Desarrollo Integral del Distrito Especial de Buenaventura (en adelante Fonbuenaventura), fue creado mediante el artículo 2° de la Ley 1872 de 2017 “... como un patrimonio autónomo, sin estructura administrativa propia, con domicilio en Buenaventura, y administrado por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público”. Este Ministerio podrá, previa autorización de la Junta Administradora del Fondo, establecer mediante Resolución la administración del Fondo en las entidades ejecutora y fiduciaria.
