El Artículo 331 quedará así: "Artículo 331. Las mismas empresas están obligadas a sostener un médico en ejercicio legal de la profesión, si el número de sus trabajadores, durante un periodo mayor de un mes, no pasa de cuatrocientos (400), y uno (1) más por cada cuatrocientos (400) trabajadores o fracción mayor de doscientos (200)".
