ARTICULO 1.1.0.5.- FACULTADES DE REGULACION.- El Gobierno Nacional adoptará las normas de intervención de que trata el artículo anterior del presente Estatuto por conducto de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores, así como las normas de funcionamiento del Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios, los requisitos que deben reunir los documentos e intermediarios para ser inscritos en el Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios y aquellas a que se refieren los numerales 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11,12,13,14, y 15 del artículo 4.1.2.2 del presente Estatuto.
