° Autonomía administrativa y responsabilidad en la realización de las labores . La cooperativa de trabajo asociado deberá organizar directamente las actividades de trabajo de sus asociados con autonomía administrativa y asumiendo los riesgos en su realización, características estas que deberán también prevalecer cuando se conviene o contrata la ejecución de un trabajo total o parcial en favor de otras cooperativas o terceros en general.
