Autoridades sanitarias de la Red Nacional de Laboratorios . Por autoridades sanitarias de la Red Nacional de Laboratorios, se entienden el Ministerio de la Protección Social, las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud, el Instituto Nacional de Salud, INS, el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, y todas aquellas entidades que de acuerdo con la ley, ejercen funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control sanitario, las cuales deben adoptar medidas de prevención y seguimiento que garanticen la protección de la salud pública y el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
