Funciones del consejo asesor . Son funciones del Consejo Asesor del Servicio de Radioaficionado

Asesorar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones para los asuntos relacionados con el servicio de radioaficionado;

Proponer y recomendar las medidas necesarias para el buen funcionamiento del servicio de radioaficionado;

Parágrafo

Las recomendaciones del Consejo Asesor del Servicio de Radioaficionado deberán ser escuchadas, pero en ningún caso obligan al Ministerio de Comunicaciones o al Gobierno Nacional.
