º Tienen derecho al reconocimiento de los gastos de transporte de equipaje, dentro de los límites fijados en este reglamento, los funcionarios diplomáticos y consulares del servicios exterior remunerados por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Habrá lugar a este reconocimiento cuando el funcionario salga a desempeñar un cargo permanente en el exterior sea trasladado definitivamente de una sede a otra en el exterior, o regrese al país al término de su misión.
