º El certificado de garantía se expide a solicitud del deudor a través del intermediario financiero, quien deberá remitir al Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías los documentos que éste requiera según la reglamentación que expida para tal efecto, con base en las condiciones que establezca el Comité Administrador del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario.
