Artículo quinto. El Promotor - Curador de. Menores, continuará ejerciendo las funciones que le son comunes a ambos Juzgados, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 7º, 21, 47, 65, 82 y 87 de la misma Ley, devengará la misma asignación que corresponde a los Jueces, y deberá reunir las condiciones exigidas a éstos.
