Los Directores de Instrucción Pública se llamaran en adelante Directores de Educación Pública; serán nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo de ternas presentadas por los respectivos Gobernadores, desempeñaran los funcionarios de colaboradores y ejecutores de las órdenes del Gobierno en el ramo de educación pública y actuaran como Secretario de los Gobernadores.
