Los Visitadores Fiscales, además de cumplir estrictamente las prescripciones de los artículos 308 y siguientes del Código Fiscal, darán cuenta inmediata al Procurador de Hacienda, por telégrafo, en los casos urgentes, de las irregularidades que observen en las visitas, sin perjuicio de dejar constancia de ellas en el acta respectiva. Para el fin aquí indicado tendrán franquicia telegráfica.
