Mientras el Consejo Nacional de Salarios y los Consejos Regionales o Seccionales a que se refiere el artículo 3º de esta Ley, llevan a cabo la revisión inicial de los salarios mínimos vigentes, el Gobierno decretará un reajuste de los salarios mínimos legales en vigencia, de acuerdo con las alzas registradas en el costo de la vida desde el momento en que esos salarios fueron promulgados.
