Art. 119. Cuando el valor del tabaco rematado por un mismo individuo o compañía no exceda de 500 pesos se pagará al contado; pero si excede de aquella cantidad, podrán concederse plazos en la forma siguiente: hasta por 2,000 $ tres meses: por mas de 2,000 $ hasta 4,000 $ seis meses; i por mayor cantidad de 4,000 $ podrán concederse hasta veinte i cuatro meses de plazo, siempre que se obligue a pagar el comprador por cuartas partes entregando cada parte al vencimiento de cada semestre.
