Atendiendo lo dispuesto en el numeral 3° del artículo 152 de la Ley 2056 de 2020 y los artículos 2.2.2.1.1. y 2.2.2.1.3. del Decreto 1821 de 2020, adiciónese al Presupuesto de Ingresos del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio del 1° de enero de 2021 al 31 de diciembre de 2022, la suma de ciento veintiséis mil seiscientos quince millones ochocientos cuarenta y siete mil cuatrocientos cincuenta y cuatro pesos moneda legal ($126.615.847.454), así:

Decreto 1412 de 2022 · por el cual se incorporan al presupuesto del bienio 2021-2022 del Sistema General de Regalías los rendimientos financieros generados por las Asignaciones Directas antes del 31 de diciembre de 2020 pendientes de incorporar y los generados del 1° de enero de 2022 al 30 de junio de 2022.
