La acción disciplinaria se ejerce por la Procuraduría General de la Nación; los Consejos Superior y Seccionales de la Judicatura; la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro; los personeros distritales y municipales; las oficinas de control disciplinario interno establecidas en todas las ramas, órganos y entidades del Estado; y los nominadores y superiores jerárquicos inmediatos, en los casos a los cuales se refiere la presente ley.
