El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social deberá promover las acciones necesarias para que las entidades responsables o integrantes del Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral garanticen el acceso a la historia clínica del usuario y cumplan con las actividades propias de cada uno de los integrantes del Sistema.
