Artículo decimonoveno. Serán entidades de grado superior las federaciones y confederaciones. Las primeras estarán conformadas por diez (10) o más sociedades mutuarias, y las segundas por cinco (5) o más federaciones. A unas y otras les serán aplicables en lo pertinente, las disposiciones del presente Decreto.
