ARTICULO 17 . Las Unidades de Fiscalía tienen competencia nacional. Funcionan bajo la jefatura directa de la Dirección a la cual están adscritas administrativamente en ellas habrá un Fiscal que actúe como Jefe de Unidad y una secretaría común. El número de Fiscales, personal de secretaría de cada Unidad y sedes de operación serán determinados por el Director respectivo en los términos de la delegación.
