Las campañas sociales sobre incremento de la vivienda obrera que se estén haciendo paralelas a las autorizadas por el artículo 6 o . de la Ley 1 a de 1948, en armonía con el artículo 17 de la Ley 27 de 1949 , auncuando gocen de otras entradas, se harán también por conducto del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, en su ubicación correspondiente.
