Art. 2.° En caso de que los materiales i útiles de construcción que están a cargo de la Compañía del ferrocarril del Norte lleguen a ser propiedad del Gobierno nacional, i se aplicarán por el Poder Ejecutivo a la vía férrea que ponga en comunicación el rio Magdalena con la ciudad do Bogotá ; i su valor se computará en parto del ausilio que por esta les otorga el Gobierno nacional al de Cundinamarca.
