Certificaciones de Competencia Laboral. Las certificaciones de competencia laboral deberán ser emitidas conforme con lo establecido en la NTC-ISO/IEC 17024, o la que la modifique o sustituya.

Parágrafo

Hasta tanto el Ministerio del Trabajo expida la reglamentación establecida en el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 194 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, las certificaciones de competencia laboral que expidan las entidades públicas certificadoras de competencias laborales mantendrán su validez.
