El avalúo catastral y el valor que en el corresponde al terreno se determinarán según las normas técnicas del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" (IGAC), considerando el valor potencial de los suelos (capacidad productiva y sus condiciones es de explotación.

Parágrafo

Se considera "condiciones de explotación" de un predio, entre otras, las siguientes

Vías internas

Aguas (tipos de riego, acceso a aguas corrientes permanentes pozos profundos etc).

Continuidad (topografía, pedregosidad)

Características de mercadeo de la zona en relación con el predio.
