Art. 29. Las pensiones los sueldos de los militares de la Independencia i las de los inválidos, s e pagarán en los respectivos depósitos íntegra i semanalmente.

En las pensiones que en lo sucesivo se concedan, no se tendrán como asimilados a militares de la Independencia sino a las viudas, hijos o padres de aquellos.
