Artículo noveno. Dentro de los seis meses siguientes a la clasificación de su terreno, si el propietario no se conformare a ella, tendrá derecho a decisión arbitral en los términos de la Ley 2ª de 1938. Los fallos de los arbitrados deberán rendirse en el término de 30 días.
