Juramento estimatorio. El pupilo o su representante tendrá derecho a estimar, bajo juramento el monto, los perjuicios materiales o morales causados por su guardador, siempre que este haya sido condenado previamente por hechos culposos o dolosos o no haya exhibido las cuentas.
