Art. 6º Si de los medios de información resultantes de un sumario ó juicio aparecen las pruebas suficientes para dictar sentencia condenatoria, según la citada Ley 51, los Agentes de Policía Judicial, sin necesidad de ratificar tales pruebas, procederán a dictar el fallo del caso, y á darle al asunto el curso legal que le corresponda.
