La recolección de información y análisis de las rutas se efectuará mínimo cada dos (2) años, considerando que la oferta y la demanda tiene modificaciones sustanciales durante este período de tiempo, exceptuándose para los casos en que se construya una nueva vía, puente u obra similar.
