Los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora estarán obligados a transmitir gratuitamente y sin comentarios, las radiodifusiones o aclaraciones a que dieren lugar las informaciones divulgadas al público en el mismo horario y con idéntica importancia a la del programa o programas que las hayan originado. La transmisión de rectificaciones deberá hacerse en equidad de conformidad con las disposiciones legales que desarrollen este derecho.
