º . Articulación con el Sistema Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología. El Invemar se vinculará al Sistema Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología con el objeto de coordinar acciones con el resto de entidades pertenecientes al mismo. Para ello apoyará al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente en la Secretaría Técnica y Administrativa del Consejo del Programa Nacional de Ciencias del Medio Ambiente y el Hábitat, propondrá estudios e investigaciones para ser realizadas por otras entidades y colaborará en la evaluación, seguimiento y control de aquellas que el Consejo estime pertinente.
