Toda corporación electoral está obligada, para toda elección, a llevar un libro de actas, en que quede copia de todas las de sus sesiones, inclusive las del escrutinio, libro que será depositado en poder del Presidente de cada corporación. Las actas serán firmadas por todos sus miembros, y cuando haya resistencia de alguno o algunos bastará con la firma de la mayoría de los miembros.
